Ich habe neulich ein Produkt gekauft, bei dem ein Teil nicht funktioniert hat. Nachdem ich eine Rezension geschrieben habe, kam zwei Stunden sp\u00e4ter Feedback vom Unternehmen. Ich bekam das Angebot, das Produkt entweder zu retournieren oder es mit einem Rabatt zu behalten. Das klang nicht nach vorformulierter Standardreaktion, sondern nach jemanden, der f\u00fcr beide Seiten eine gute L\u00f6sung sucht. Nachdem ich den Rabatt akzeptiert habe, kam auch relativ schnell die R\u00fcckmeldung, ob ich meine Bewertung nicht nochmal \u00fcberdenken wollte, falls mein Problem gel\u00f6st wurde. Das war so charmant formuliert, dass ich das wirklich gemacht habe. Vielleicht sind viele Menschen ein bisschen zu faul, um einmal abgegebene Bewertungen wieder zu \u00e4ndern. Aber ich glaube trotzdem, dass es etwas mit einem Kunden macht, wenn er merkt, dass sich ein Unternehmen Customer Centricity nicht nur auf die Fahne schreibt, sondern wirklich lebt. Bei K\u00e4rcher funktioniert Mund-zu-Mund-Proaganda auch ganz gut. Und wenn jemand beim Grillabend von seinem K\u00e4rcher-Problem erz\u00e4hlt und wie wir ihm schnell geholfen haben, dann zahlt das positiv auf unsere Brand ein.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8220;.vc_custom_1673609356395{margin-top: 50px !important;}&#8220;]\n<h3 id=\"9\"><em>Warum habt Ihr Euch entschieden, mit der Software von gominga zu arbeiten?<\/em><\/h3>\n<p><strong>M.R.:<\/strong>Wir wollten mehr Customer Engagement und gominga r\u00fcckte in meinen Fokus, weil im Tool Textmining und Sentiment-Analysen ber\u00fccksichtigt sind. In den Anfangszeiten kam der Impuls noch von uns intrinsisch. Aus dem Push ist intern ganz schnell ein Pull geworden. Kommen Restriktionen? Und dann m\u00fcssen wir auch noch genauer bewerten, dass die Welt nicht nur aus Amazon besteht. Das war unser Pilot. Jetzt m\u00fcssen wir andere relevante Plattformen in anderen Regionen in den Fokus nehmen und auch KI noch gezielter einsetzen.
